WALKING FROM THE HOUSE
Circular walk to Mylor Churchtown, Flushing & Trefusis Head
A beautiful walk with lovely views over the Carrick Roads. Stop-off points at Mylor Churchtown and Flushing, Flushing Beach. Can do this in either direction, and alternative routes such as Pillars Road are also good.
Circular walk is 5.75 miles
Or just walk to Mylor (2 miles round there & back).

Walk to Flushing and catch ferry to Falmouth
A relaxing way to access Falmouth, via the short ferry ride from the pier at Flushing. Or drive to Flushing and park on St Peters Road to get the ferry

Circular walk to Restronguet & Pandora Inn
The creekside walk is the most scenic element, and the different routes allow various lengths of walk.
Minimum by lanes, 2 miles.
Maximum by coast and footpaths, 4 miles.

THE HELFORD ESTUARY
Durgan, Rosemullion, Helford, Port Navas, Gweek, Frenchman's Creek, Helford Passage, St Anthony, Manaccan - a wealth of lovely places all around the estuary.
Suggestion: Durgan/Helford circular walk, 2.6 mile minimum
Park at NT Bosveal Car park at the top of the No Through Road to Durgan. Walk down to through the trees to the hamlet of Durgan on the water. Take in Grebe Beach on the way if you want. Follow coast path to Helford Passage. (Ferry Boat Inn; Ferry across to Helford village; Pedn Billy). Up the steep road behind Helford Passage to the crossroads at the top; take the right hand track back towards Trebah Garden. From there either continue back doen to Durgan village, or follow the main road NE back to the car park (mostly off the road on a parallel path).
THE ROSELAND PENINSULAR
A largely unspoilt area with fine beaches,ake KH Ferrygood coastpath walking. Accessed via King Harry Ferry or Truro A390.
St Just-in-Roseland, St Mawes, St Anthony Head, Towan Beach, Portscatho, Porthcurnick Beach, Pendower, Carne Nare Head.
Suggestion 1:
Cross the River Fal at the King Harry Ferry. Park at car park just north of Portscatho (cash needed in 2020).Visit Portscatho village. Walk along to Pothcurnick Beach (see Hidden Hut). Take coast path as far as Curgurrell (signposted, small farm and fish shop). Walk back along lane to Porthcurnick and car park. 3.0 miles.

Suggestion 2:
Cross the River Fal at the King Harry Ferry and make your way to small car park south of Treworlas (signposted Pendower Beach). Walk east along Pendower and Carne beaches. Nare Hotel. Can continue to Nare Head. 1.4 / 3.6 miles.

Mullion and Pollurian Cove.
Park in central car park (Lender Lane), take path
through playground, cross main road, take footpath
opposite, leads to good beach (0.8 mile).
St Keverne and Roskillys.
Roskillys is a working farm with renowned ice cream,
other food, gallery and walks.
